    Terrible service when there was a fault with a floor board. There is a crack in the top layer of a engineered wooden floor board which is clearly a fault within the wood. It took months of them stone walling us before I got a reply. Whenever I called they always promised to call back (but then didn't call), or they tried to shift the blame on me with whatever they could think of, something different every time. Think twice before going ahead and buy from them, the warranty is clearly worthless!! After five months of chasing this they said they would send us a repair kit which turned out to be a cleaning kit! And then they still claim the wood is fine. Crack is getting bigger and no help from them.

    Hi everyone I ordered my flooring paid extra for a phone call to let me know when they were on their way so I could leave work and meet them at my property. Finished work I called to ask what time delivery was to be told they had tried to call me and this was at 2.30pm. I had no call. While I was put on hold they told me they didn't know and would call me back. Entering my house there was a card recording delivery was attempted at 9.50am ...where did the time of 2.30pm come from ? When I was called back they denied everything that was said. So we arranged for delivery the following day at between 4 to 4.30pm. At 3.40pm the guy was knocking at the door now I had ordered 44 square meters how many boxes do you think we got ..16 should of been 41 2 boxes were damaged again another long drawn out telephone conversation so they told me they were sending someone straight back out with the correct number. 2 hours later I get 25 boxes not the promised 27. Again another phone call this time they were saying they couldn't deliver when I wanted this so we had to ask our neighbour who is recovering from a stroke. All these phone calls I was dealing with a man called Ewan. When I asked about compensation I was told I couldn't have any because they delivered free of charge .... now you have read this I hope you agree I should of been compensated but Ewan said no! Wouldn't recommend this company they make it up as they go along the free delivery in my opinion was they fault because they didn't deliver when they should of ?
