She looked after our poor Tink, who was a rescue cat and terrified of being put in his basket because of the way he was treated as a kitten - so we really needed someone to come in and look after him and she spent time with him, before cleaning his bowl out and putting fresh food down. When we came home we had a completely unstressed cat! Wonderful!!
