  I recently bought a glass wash machine from FFD which wasn't big enough for several branded pint glasses I have. Had to pay ~£250 'restocking fee' and transport costs for the pleasure of then buying a more expensive machine from them which started leaking after only two weeks. I sent pictures and video of the leak and when an engineer arrived he fixed it by refitting a part I'd been advised by FFD to remove to investigate. The engineer then tested the machine and it was fine so I'm now being invoiced for £115 because he said there was no leak! I've had no response to my email explaining this, just another invoice! P.S. response from FFD says I told them I fitted the machine myself. I didn't say this because I didn't fit it myself. I had a plumber on site anyway so he put it in!
